|The Helpers • AR•ES•NL•PL•DE • Apply now!|
Hello everymice, we have good news! We're looking for new recruits to join the EN Helpers' team!
We're looking for active, mature members of the EN community who have the time and patience to help out other players on the forums and in-game. Although the name, Helpers, states that we're all about helping, we also handle other things within the EN community such as creating and hosting various contests, and collaborating with the other Helpers of other communities as an International group.
We don't ask much of our members, but we do like them to be active in game or the forums, and experienced in using the forums. Also, a patient and friendly personality is key to working well with the other members of the team.
You have until March 15th to submit your application, otherwise we will no longer accept it. Please copy the application form below and then once you are finished filling it out, then send it in a forum PM to our team account. The team will take a look and discuss your application, and we will let you know how your application did after the end date. If you are accepted, you will go into the trial period, and if you are successful in the trial you will have a chance to become a full EN Helper.
-What is your Atelier801 Username?
-How old are you?
-Where are you from? What's the timezone where you're at?
-Tell us about yourself!
-How long have you been playing Atelier801 games?
-How do you like to spend your time in-game? (For example playing vanilla or bootcamp, talking to friends in the tribe house, playing modules, etc.)
-How often do you use the Atelier801 forum?
-What do you consider your areas of expertise? (Are you proficient with the map editor, making modules, keeping up with events, etc.?)
-Have you ever received any warnings or sanctions in game or on the forums? If so, what were they for? (We will check!)
-What do you feel like you could improve on? (I don't know much about the map-editor, I wish to keep up with events more)
-How did you find The Helpers, and when?
-Why would you like to join the Helpers team?
-Why do you think you should be a member of the team?
-Why do you think you should not be a member of the team?
-How do you think The Helpers can be improved?
-Anything else you would like to mention that haven't been covered on the application?
Please take the time to put in some effort and care into your application. If you need help, you can refer to this thread - Apply yourself to applying.
I always wanted to apply, but this year I sort of changed my mind.
Not bringing hate at all, but I really would like to know what makes 'helpers' stand out from normal people. I've seen more 'normal' people helping on forums and in-game rather than people that were categorized as 'helpers'. They seem to not have anything different than normal people, so why are people supposed to put much effort and especially share personal information into an application that wouldn't change a thing if they'd get accepted or not? To simply be proud enough to go around and be able to say 'I'm an official helper'? The /help chat itself is also dead, and I see people mainly asking help on #help channel on Discord rather than in-game. (and getting helped from common people or Sentinels)
Helpful topics, once again, can be made from common people without the need of being in the team. So why should we apply?
Again, not bringing any hate, but I really want a fair answer to this that is enough to make me change my mind.
