this thread is featured in their other sticky thread which occasionally appears when EN Moderation team is looking for members. also to have it stickied all the time when applications are open for limited period only doesnt really add up

Nowadays i think applying to Atelier 801 isn't good, maybe appointment in the administration has become in different ways so that we can see some mods that can't deal with players in English language, some are rude with speaking so this topic is talkimg about what should be happened but i can see now you apply if you know the administration and the administration knows you !

The proof of this is the appointment of persons in the administration who are not qualified, but who are known there !

This discussion has been said in many topics and even in the discord server, however if i read this correctly, there's many things wrong with it, I'm going to assume you're talking about the Admin + Mod team when you say Administration. So first things first There's no favoritism, As said by sentinel "Katburger," in This Topic, "I never personally knew more than one person we hired in each round." She was referring to a post in the topic about Moderators being chosen solely because they are another moderators friends, this is just one of many staff members who have denied knowing next to none of the applicants. Not only this, but i'm friends with a person who used to be an Arbitre, or a private/training Mod, who were friends with none of the mods, he never even got to know them, and yet he was still accepted

TL;DR, there's no favoritism, or "The proof of this is the appointment of persons in the administration who are not qualified, but who are known there !" to be.
