Why would people hit the notes so hard anyway? You should just relax your hands, and hit each note as smoothly as possible.

though i know this thread is just meant to have a small laugh, but honestly i do not really mind the hard notes.
I enjoy some challenge here and there (though i would miss tons of notes)
but yea... kinda hurts my right hand after trying to nail it just by the arrow keys.

Maybe we can just try to decrease the number of times playing 280 bpm, to not really annoy the other newbie . If I play 280 bpm, I will send them a "friendly" and "kind" reminder/warning and will only play them at the end (somtimes if I feel like it). Also, lots of people may still continue playing 280 bpm (especially the pro (above average) players and will probably not listen this thread. I think its just up to you if you wanna report or ban that person but I don't really think he would get banned tbh. For now, just deal with it and wait for any further updates in nekodancer. If you don't like it, you can always change room.

There aren't usually many active rooms, at least when I tend to play. Even room 1 can drop to 7 players, with 2 and so on being fewer.

Not at all. As I expressed in my first post, both I and my best friend (Dancingkengo) experienced headaches after the spam of kickdrums.

This happened twice now; it gets played within the first three-four songs as soon as I get on and I ended up with a huge headache. I know exactly where Haru was coming from now and it's a literal pain in the head.

This "song" is really just bad for everyone. It makes new players give up on the game if it's playing when they start, it gives some people massive headaches, and just plain nobody likes to see it.

Once we ban metronome songs, we need to get Larry to stop breaking people's necks. (Cookie to whoever gets the reference)

When I got on the other day the first or second song was 280 bpm. The usual groaning and "wtf is this" happened and we moved on, only to have it played again by someone else. Yet again another chorus of "???". At this point my fingers are cramping and I'm already irritated, and I was really glad that was over. Apparently not, because someone played it AGAIN. So we had to play 280 bpm three times in a row. Finally, the horror of bpm came to end, and we got a normal song. I ended up breaking completely when the next song was yet again the infamous 280 bpm.

Don't play 280 bpm kids, just don't do it.
