No, none of atelier801 games allow that.

I'm new to Nekodancer,but I just my transformice account to play it. When I try putting a video in my playlist,it take forever to finish itself to process! Is there something I could to about it? Since some vids I'll pu will probably be like 4 minutes long...

There's nothing we can do about processing taking forever. For several videos, processing will eventually run into an error and you'll have to start over again. This thread is a masterlist of songs that have processed before, and should work.

Edit: This thread has some songs that might work for you too.
