I introduce the concept of glass grounds to you.

Mice without cheese will enter in contact with the glass ground's friction while mice with cheese will not. A glass ground should behave as a wood ground to mice without cheese and as an ice ground to mice with cheese.

In other words, mice without cheese will be able to perform WJ on a glass ground while mice with cheese will not.

This type of ground will offer a wider variety to maps and their gameplay.

Simple but I really like it and can see several possibilities with it, you have my support.

Intresting.... Maybe it could start to shatter if too many mice where on it, but great idea the way it is!

It would feel very weird walljumping glass which is visually similar to ice no matter how you put it. I would say sand is a logical graphic to use for this since it'd make sense for sand to slide, but that already exists.

Sand grounds are, however, largely unused. Maybe this functionality would be best applied to this existing ground rather than clustering up the ground types?

Agreeing with glass being similar to ice, but I happen to be someone who frequently uses sand ;_; not looking forward to my maps being radically different. Maybe a different new texture, then? For example we could use something like iron/metal/steel etc.

It's not that radical, sand already has low friction and is nearly unclimbable with cheese. In fact, sand as well as snow already nearly achieve this same effect, the only difference would be with much higher friction than sand already has, and that wouldn't change older maps.

Sand was the first ground that came into my mind when I was thinking about this ground, but since this new ground would change how some maps work, I decided to go with a new ground and glass was the only one that seemed to fit the description.

About its appearance, a transparent glass would be hardly visible, a frosted glass would be ideal.

A ground with a similar appearance to the image above wouldn't be bad and it would be different from the current ice ground.

I don't want there too be a cloud/frosted glass it looks bad :(

I was thinking something really trasparent but in the shape of chocolate. I'd want to use this for tribe houses too for decoration, all grounds should be for not just gameplay ya know
