ehhhhh... not to play Devil's Advocate here but what exactly do you want? Pretty-er borders... A background thing for your picutre... these all seem nice but if you should pay for customization on items, why not pay for profile customization. So if it's free

I don't think thats a real actual reason you can use to proclaim your reason why you don't want to support.

I just realized how ugly our borders are.
Though I don't think we should be able to use any picture we want because then porn might start popping out and other things over PG13 that shouldn't be allowed.
So maybe choose pictures and borders from a group of pictures/borders already provided.

Like a cloud background or colored backgrounds, heart, skulls background, etc.

If you create your own their might be like porn backgrounds and other things over PG13 that shouldn't ba allowed.
You can be decorative with whatever they give you.
Of course if this suggestion is implented, it might change/tweak
