Well, i thought like this, If a video is already loading and not done then if the other player puts on a video then it will load after that one. But only the Chief can interrupt videos already loading. :3
Sorry if this has already been suggested!

Edited: The chief can also give that reqruitment to other tribe members! ^^

I can't turn off ranks for different people because i don't own the tribe i'm in and why would the chief even do that then?

I foresee a problem with this suggestion when it turns out a video is bad and people want to change it for a good reason. They will be forced to finish watching the video.

Hm,What we do in our tribe is that basically Everyone can play vids, And just nicely ask if we can play a vid if someone else's is playing, If someone seems to be trolling by playing or even spamming Disturbing or inappropriate vids the tribe shams or chief would Take away the rights of that person who's trolling,
and i also agree with Anythin, What if someone trolls, and the chief or none of the tribe shams are around, What will u do then?

Support only if there's a !skip option.
