Trading Center

This is a suggestion for a Trade Center.
It would found in the menu or by typing the command /trade.

The trade center would
• be convenient
• cut down on spam

You can only put up 5 items max for offering and 5 items max for seeking.

Replies to feedback:
I am very aware of /room *#trade, but that isn't the same as this suggestion at all. Room trade is for relics, it allows you to search matches for specific relics and will give you a list of all the mice that have what you're looking for. The trading center is not that.

• Your offer will always be the first listed. It has yellow text/border to indicate it's yours.
• Your offer exists only in the room you're in. If you change rooms, the offer will be moved to that room.
• You can only have ONE offer at a time. Since I've made a trade offer already, the Create button is greyed out.
• If you don't have the consumables needed to trade with someone else, the Trade button will be greyed out.

There's one idea that I came up with while reading this: When you make an offer in the trade center, your items are deposited in the trade center so you don't forget you're still offering the trade. If you log out, the items are returned to your inventory.

• If you check auto-accept trades, this will not show up. This is incase you forgot you had a trade offer up. If you deny, your offer will still be up and you can delete/edit it.

How editing looks.
• Trade-able event exclusive consumables are at the top while all other trade-able consumables are at the bottom
• The selected boxes gets whatever consumables you click on the right.(shift+click to put in 10 into your offer)
• If you click an item that's in your offer, it will delete.(by one, shift+click to delete by 10)
• Obviously, you cannot offer what you don't have in your inventory

Well, this suggestion is already half-implemented already with the /room *#trade or something like that. But this looks like a cleaner and better solution. /support.

They just need to add the consumables to /room #trade.
1. so people who actually want to trade will go there
2. so players don't get trade spammed. I'm pretty sure if this update is implemented the trade spams would increase by 60%.

/room #trade is just alot of work though
but with this feature, you can access trade offers at any time

it's not about spam, players will only get offered 1 time, there's no need to initiate a trade multiple times

/room #trade was only used for that one event. My experience using it was awful:

People never got back to you in whispers. You had to manually unselect the items you received that you were seeking and sometimes you'd forget and multiple people would crowd you asking for an item you didn't even have anymore.

I think this idea is good because when you go to ./room #trade they'res normally nobody there. When they'res people there people are spamming and its hard to communicate with the person who you are trying to trade with, even if you try to whisper the click action to whisper them by clicking their name will be clogged up by lots of spam. This seems cleaner and better.

I almost support your idea.

I honestly would like it better, if the whole community (for example En) would see your offer or request, not just that 1 room you are in at the time.

The trade offer would dissapear if you logged off or as Op said, would not have 1 of those items anymore. Restrict players to have 1 offer/request at the time and maybe a 10 minute cooldown period, to reduce the spam in the window by mice

That's not how trading works, you can't trade with people from a different room than you.
I already stated it's one offer at a time.
There's actually no need for a cool down as nothing is actually being "spammed". 20 mice in one room, there's only going to be 20 offers.

Then quit the trade. Having the trade offer being automatic can cause a lot of problems. Ex. Someone may forget they have a offer in the trade center and someone accepts it and they want to trade the regular way with someone else and realize their items are gone.
