I was thinking about this with the furs that are only able to be bought with cheese.
Why? I know it's about the old members and blahblah.
I personally find it extremely weird, all games I've ever seen or known about it's supposed to be an 'advantage' to buy stuff for real life money, in this case fraises.
We who buy fraises and mainly fraises and doesn't farm cheese a lot, are we not supposed to be able to buy stuff? I mean, we after all spend our own money on this game. Honestly, it's rather unfair that the supporters of this game aren't able to buy a fur because of some older players.

- Not only is it ONE fur, but it's THREE, all of this actually makes me rather upset. I'm myself to have a disadvantage for supporting a game that I like. Maybe I don't have Maybe I don't have time to farm 5k cheese just to buy a fur that I'd had bought with fraises instead. It is annoying me how I would have to gather 5k cheese to buy a fur that I don't really like, just so I have to gather another 10k and buy the fur I actually want.

In my opinion, items for only cheese is a different thing, since fraises hasn't always been around, I personally think it's more reasonable to have cheese only items and they aren't nearly as expensive as well. Let's say you'd want to get the fire fur for 15k cheese, you'd need to gather a minimum of 30k cheese. Okay, maybe it's just fine that the furs are cheese only, but the prices are too high after all. A whole lot of people do not have the time to farm 30k cheese and who knows, by the time they reach 15k they might not like this game anymore. Also, a lot of people are having a lot of work with school, finals, job and oher stuff going on in their life, I do not believe that barely 50% of tfm's members have the time to gather 30k cheese. They are obviously not going to make the furs available with fraises, but they could at least make them cheaper and that you are able to buy them all at the same time! I think it's ridiculous that you have to unlock the furs.

I personally think they could make them available with fraises, but have them cost a bit more than the other ''regular'' furs or simply lower the prices with cheese and make all three of them buyable at the same time. It does get pretty boring after farming for a while, at least for a lot of people that I know. Considering you would want to actually have time to play the game as well, farming 24/7 isn't an option for majority of the players.

But anyway, that way, more people would actually come online and work on the items so that people don't just buy fraises and log off, they're making it more "challenging" if that's what we can say, so working on them by getting cheese would make it even more interesting and also players would have a good reason for coming online instead of having nothing to do while you're online.

Yes, but people can still choose to gather the cheese, a lot of people aren't allowed to buy fraises in the first place.
Just because something is avaliable with fraises doesn't mean someone can't gather the cheese for it rather than buying it with fraises.

But in order to get it I need to farm 35k cheese

I basically dont like you have to buy all of the furs, all of them should be available at the same time, without requirements.

I agree with this, besides, all furs can already be purchased with cheese, so why have some that cannot be purchased with fraises?

i'm totally okay with having cheese-only furs, but the price range of these is a lil ridiculous imo.
i can see 5k perfectly fine, and there's already a 10k fur anyways, but having to spend 15k to even unlock the last fur, and then ANOTHER 15k to buy it is... well... c'mon.

it takes enough time to buy one of the lower-priced furs without cheesefarming like hell.

The idea of buying one fur to unlock another is really.. Not a good idea. They should be available in shop at once.

And about cheese furs only, i think they are fine because they're considered of being a rare (not common) fur.

insane, it took me 5 years to even reach ~50k cheese on my profile, so basically fire fur is out of question for casual players. very nice
not to mention the shaman items are already overpriced as hell with cheese prices if you want to buy the full sets, but at least you can buy those with fraises.

Agreed, it is quite insane, considering it's not that fun to farm cheese in the first place, it gets boring easily, which would also make it even longer to gather all the cheese needed.

it has been years and months now. new and old players are alway ranting about how they dont have the advantage to buy fraises to purchase furs. their only way to get furs was to farm cheese coins. i think the admins added these 3 furs so people have to play this game a lot in order to buy the furs. however, at the same time, no one forced you to get the furs immediately because there can always be amendments.

i understand that it took you a pretty long time to just get 50k cheese but it is your fault if you didn't play this game consistently for 5 years.

I'm also thinking of repairing my phone. I only have 30 bucks so far. (I might get a new one instead of repairing. It's badly damaged. I'm still debating.)
Then I want to buy expensive things for Christmas for my family this year. Which would be about $150. Including the new phone/phone repair--Ranging from 250-400 dollars.

tbh im fine with cheese-only furs, but the fact that the price increases with 5k per fur and you need the previous fur to buy the next fur is ridiculous imo

When my rich friend went into the tribehouse, she bought like 823945823 fraises and bought every single item she could. But the fact that she could not best my fur with all her parents' money felt rather good. These rich kids and their fast internet and top-end PCs need to learn that money doesn't solve all problems.

Sometimes you actually have to work for it.

By the way, most of my "old player" friends don't even have 5k cheese in bank, so that point is moot. These furs are about saving up, not being old.

I've purchased the wind and earth/leaf fur already, and if they decided to change it to buying it with fraises, I would demand a refund of my cheese. I save cheese, and appreciate the reward.

the point of the game, and the shop feature, is to get players to PLAY THE GAME or spend money on it (pay to win idea), so just play the game and earn the cheese.

*** Plus, it's a hell of a lot easier to earn 30k cheese now than it was then, you have shaman skills, and racing and shaman feathers aka a currency, that you can EXCHANGE for cheese coins.
