The next available staff member will contact you as soon as possible for discussion once you've completed and posted the form underneath. Your post will then be moderated, and we will send you a private message on the forums.

FORM FORMAT

• Username: - Please include the username and #tag of the account with the issue, even if it is not the account you're posting from.
• Category: - Please choose the category that fits your inquiry the best.
• Description: - One sentence maximum, and please do not post any personal information. You can write a more thorough explanation with details when you're contacted.

CATEGORIES

• Ban appeal: - Please only appeal your ban if you truly feel that you were sanctioned unfairly. If in doubt, skim through the Game Rules. You may also ask for clarification about your sanction if you are not sure why you received it. When you appeal a ban, the staff member handling the contact will create a private forum discussion with you and another mod to discuss the ban.
• Help/Question: - If you need help or have a question that players can't really answer, let us know and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
• Feedback: - We are open to talking with you about any staff-related feedback you may have! Please do not use the "Feedback" category to complain about sanctions.
• Staff misconduct: - If you are comfortable contacting an EN staff member about this, you may post here. Please do not mention said staff by name when posting. Please also note that we cannot ban or take serious action based on screenshots.
