Hasn't this been semi-denied by admins? Or am I reading this incorrectly?

I'm not really in favor of deleting old, inactive accounts anyways. It's tough luck if you were too late to claim the name you wanted!

A lot of people stopped playing because of 1 week events. If they come back to the game because they heard of the longer events, but found that their accounts were deleted, they might never play the game again. Also, if someone abandons an account for a while because of personal reasons, and comes back to find their account was deleted, that would be disappointing.

I quit playing back in 2012 for about 3 years and although I don't use my old account anymore.. I'd be extremely disappointed if all of my money spent on fraises etc was wasted
