Even though the majority of the room did want me to host, you stated that you did not like FunCorp and told me to host in Vanilla2 (In a completely impolite manner).

I agree with, Auri too. I once hosted in vanilla1 one night and I did ask the room and a good majority of the room did say yes. You were rudely telling me to leave the room because I wasnt there first + were being really impolite and got annoyed at me when I was simply trying to avoid drama. I told you that you could simply change room but you insisted to keep being rude towards me. If I remember, you were saying something towards me that it ruins the game/room... Funcorp doesnt effect your game play in any way as we can only do 2 things in public rooms. Hosting in vanilla2 is no difference to hosting in vanilla1, less mice in a room doesnt change anything. 30 mice is still a lot of mice. The whole point of it being activated is to have fun. ^^/

Once again, if you have a problem with this, I encourage you to change rooms. But as far as hosting FunCorp there goes, there's nothing wrong with it as long as the room agrees with it. :)

People think they can just simply tell others to leave a well populated room whenever they activate FunCorp, not realizing that there are barely any full rooms left so what you are essentially doing is pushing people away from the game. All of the responses above show a clear lack of understanding how people experience FunCorp. You can't just take over a public room, not even if a majority of that room agrees to it, because these rooms should be fun to play for everyone.

Being forced to leave the main public room because random people decide to turn it into a FunCorp room is not fun. If people want to activate FunCorp, they should be the ones to leave and make their own room. Not the other way around.

I agree. Personally, I try to avoid hosting in official rooms as much as possible because I am aware that there may be people who do not like FunCorp, and I truly respect that. I believe I only hosted in official rooms twice since I have joined the team. I usually create a new room when I want to host parties.

However, we have every right to host as long as the majority of the room agrees. If you are not okay with that, you are welcome to change rooms. I know this is not fair for people who do not like FunCorp, but that is simply how the majority rule works.

This is pretty much the same thing. You're trying to make the game more entertaining at the expense of people who are not interested in FunCorp at all. Public rooms should be accessible for all, including those who do not want to have to deal with FunCorp. Telling people to change rooms only because you feel the need to host FunCorp in one of the main public rooms makes you no different than a bully. FunCorp does not own the public rooms, so please stop usurping them. Thanks.

Applications are usually opened when more members are needed. Keep an eye on the FunCorp thread of the community you would like to apply for.

The EN team is now looking for new FunCorp members!

We have the following requirements:

Fluent in English
Mature behaviour
Active in-game
Your account is at least 6 months old
You have at least 1000 gathered cheese

Please remember that FunCorp members are not Atelier801 staff
and we do not require applicants to be over the age of 18.

Note: You must be active on the EN
community to be part of the EN FunCorp team.

You can learn more information about the FunCorp team and their
purpose on the FunCorp FAQ!

If you're interested in being part of the team and think you can provide some fun to the community, you can apply here!
Submissions are open indefinitely, so take your time applying.
