To expand a bit more, a tribe's name would be considered inappropriate if it breaks one of the rules of the public chat (for example: racism, homophobia, etc.)

I would like to know why sometimes TFM is laggy itself and ur wifi is at full speed?
(this doesnt happen often)

Well it's usually your internet that's causing this, what's your ping usually? Have you tried plugging an Ethernet cable/getting closer to your router?

mods can't interfere with tribes other than changing names.

Yes we can delete threads. However, normal users can't see your locked threads; only you + staff can.

Yea, to answer your question why?
Lag is of two types, The User side and the Server side.

What happened in e2 was the server side, this is probably why many of them felt laggy even though their connections might have been good. The server was probably strained and had a lot of people coming in..

Even if your wifi is at full speed it won't help against server lag. Your internet can only help against your user lag. :)

Can moderators tell people someone else's sanction length? Just wondering

I usually will tell someone's sanction length if i'm asked about it within the hour if I muted or banned them publically. We can't share previous sanctions with players at all though.

No, but in the event of an inappropriate username, mods can send admins requests and an admin would be able to change it.

What really annoys me is that they change the nickname of the user without a warning.

If your name is very obviously against the rules, you shouldn't need a warning. You should understand that you're breaking the rules.

I mean they should at least give them the opportunity to change it within 24 hours until then the user can't login. Also some games actually don't care about inappropriate nicknames so they could just get used to it. In addition to that people don't even read the walls of texts when you sign up.
