username changes will be implemented in the future with fraises only.

I think they said it would cost around 400-600 fraise, not exactly sure but I think it was around that amount.

I've submitted two, one maybe 2 weeks ago but I still have not seen it show up or have votes on it?

If you just exported it from the editor, the map will be the P0 perm type. There are about a million P0 maps that all have an equal chance of playing, so your map may not play all too often to get voted on.

If you mean you submitted it to one of the map submission threads, it usually takes a week or two to get reviewed, then if it's in discussion a further couple of weeks to eventually be permed.
