If you are asking if we have strict guidelines we must follow when banning and muting, yes.

Well... is it true that the personal opinion of a moderator affect the punishment? In such cases, are we able to approach more than 1 moderator for 1 case?

Not really. There are set hours we sanction for the first offense, second, third, etc. for each type of offense (spam, racism, etc.) If something is ever in question, usually we ask another mod for confirmation. So it's not like we can say, "I was personally offended by this statement" and ban them forever =)

You can, although 99% of the time the second mod would agree with the first. There's a little room for interpretation, but not enough to make a huge difference most of the time.

You can use the Bugs subforum to report a glitch. If it's a glitch you don't want the public to know and abuse, you can also contact a Moderator or a Sentinel instead and we'll forward it to the Admins.

They post it in transformice discussions section when there's still time to apply but after it reaches the deadline they lock it and move it to the archives.
