Oh dear, this discussion is turning into callouts and bloodbaths. I get we're all enraged at the A801 admins and this event but picking on Gabe over here just because he has an opinion and he made a mistake reading the update log, as well as fighting over "working hard is video games" isn't going to help fix the issue. Being divided and squabbling about it won't help either. You know, united we stand, divided we fall?

Have you not read through the thread? People have been providing solutions. The answer from staff is "this is how it is irl!"

Asking them to remove luck from a holiday based around luck is not a valid solution, which is why the staff isn't implementing that.

It's not even about the title anymore, it's about the fact they have a blatant disregard for the desires of their consumers.

how is adding another charm fixing it, i have yet to see anyone get the title in any room i have played in.
people who already have the title can get the charm again.
there isn't always a charm on a map. multiple people have given solutions to the issue, but the admins aren't really doing anything to make the customers happy lmao.

I never said adding another charm fixed the event. Like I said in my last post, it just proved they're listening to us and trying to solve this. If you think taking time out of their busy schedule to add another charm is "nothing", then you're simply ungrateful. Remember this is a free game.

How is that not a valid solution lmao? We've had plenty of events without luck including the majority of this one, it's not like it's impossible for this event. Also, this event is not 'based around luck', in case you haven't noticed, the titles/badges are based on how many cakes you got, not luck, which is why people aren't pleased with the king's cake title being only luck based and at such a low chance.

The disregard has been in that people have been complaining, and the only response from staff we got is Zou saying "it's this way in real life." That's what I'm talking about.
If you're talking about me "swearing, posting in all caps," I've been quite calm. I swear but it's part of my regular vernacular. Sorry if it bugs you. I'll address your second point here:

That second charm is an obvious lie. If you read through the other posts, where people have been saying nobody in the room has gotten it and nobody's had the title even. It's clearly a figment of their imaginations.
Normally, I'd be preaching the same thing you are. That's why Camsa made the remark they did about how the event "must be good" for myself and Ykr to be bitching. But there's a disconnect here. Not even an apology from admins (note my use of admins and not staff, as mods/sents have no control). Something. Anything.

chill out lmao. there's more than one way to make a good event, they did well with the first weekly one.
but players really don't like luck elements, especially in a week long event.

I have been nothing but respectful to you, so please cut the sarcasm. I will cease responding to you until you can, at the least, be slightly polite towards me and my opinions.
I did forget to add to my second point that there is obviously a large chance on the maps that there are no charms on it. I had it in my original post but changed pages, then came back and half of it was gone. So sorry for not adding that on.

The reasoning that this is a free game doesn't really excuse the fact there's still are players and customers who are unhappy.
