Hello i have a question. In the tribe forums, there is a button next to new poll and new thread, named new section. What does it do and how? It might be because i have the rank to moderate tribe forums.

With the new forums you are able to create whatever you want in your Tribe section, it's your own choice to personalise it as you like.

Oh I thought you were talking about posting a thread saying you won. The rules say you need permission to host a tournament on the EN forums so PM a sentinel asking for permission. Providing a translated explanation of rules and prizes and everything will likely help immensely.
