It depends on your ping, and the way you like to play ( fast/slow , Hs/save ...), so in fact , there is no " pro offset"! ^_^

Hermona, Moderators are hired if they are fluent in English, and based on their skill sets, aka being able to script in Lua. Also Here are the Screens confirming Warfeni's role -

And what/who exactly told you I don't know this? I've been spammed this about 50 times today in my whisper-box. Also, if you wanted to talk to me, you don't have to use my name in forums without my permission, private-whispers are always available.
Also, the '' Lua Crew'' link, doesn't work. ( I've tried it before and I also had a bot from atelier801 message me about it and about my application and I'm here to tell you that link no longer works).. also, Just because you've screens of your chat with Thewav doesn't give you the right to comment about it and spread it all around the server tell/give people ''link'' for '' Lua Crew'' Application., since the whole process hasn't started yet and it's not announced by War, also, it's not very considerate to do that, which could lead to you having your messages moderated for spreading informations like this.

The link that Bgreatstar has shown is a link to all the staff applications. Moderators and Sentinels usually use google forms now a days but I am pretty sure that the Lua crew and Mapcrew are still there and you can apply for it.

Also his messages won't have to be moderated because the actual coder of #deathmatch has announced that Warfenixkill is gonna take over. He wouldn't of said anything without asking Warfen, wouldn't he?

I don't really think that Bg is giving out the wrong information. He is just posting what he knows about the update..

I'd love for u to tell me when/how he announced it? from what I know it's only in the whisper chat of Bg. And that is not an official announcing. @Kimsterjay
Also it's not very considerate from my opinion but that's just my opinion after all. :)
