There is always a reason why a moderator would ban you, however if you wish to appeal to your ban then you'll have to follow the steps in Ban/mutes Appeals tab at the beginning of this thread

Are admins or mods able to do a ban that can ban you from the whole game? I mean, that you cant create a new account or anything? You simply would need a new IP-adress or maybe if you're using VPN.

Thanks. but when someone is perm banned how are they then able to create a new account? are they just banned on that account & why?

Permanent bans are only applied to the accounts, losing access to their main account ought to be sufficient punishment for consistent rule breaking. If they continue to break the rules on another account regardless, they can expect to become ban on sight in the future, in which case they will be denied access to the game for good.

Being a helper will increase the chance for becoming an official staff such as moderators, sentinels,...?

No, the Helper project is a separate entity from official TFM staff. They have no ties or affiliations with staff. They simply answer questions about the game.

Age, how helpful you are in game, what your attitude is like, and a clean TFM record are deciding factors of who would become a staff member.

Contact a moderator in-game or in discord (if you have) or you can check here for moderators and pick someone, Then ask who banned you. After that you pm the mod who did it and ask why. Other mods might also see what you did, I think.

Ban on sight means they will ban the person who consistently rule breaks on ANY account they use. So say I were to get permanently banned on this account, they would allow me to use another account. But if I continue abusing the rules on the new accounts I've made, they will automatically ban me whenever they see me on whichever account. You lose the privilege to play TFM all together.

If the message came from a user who didn't have a red username, they aren't a admin. A full list of staff members (including admins) can be found here. If a user PMs you claiming to be a admin and offering you free items/fraises/etc. , please report it!
