I don't believe Luxurz was assuming you don't use the report system, but merely informing you that reporting in-game offenses on the forums isn't very efficient and that the correct way to report in-game offenses is to use the report system in-game, whisper an online moderator (if available), or try to contact a moderator on the official Discord server.

OR mods could already be online.

You know, like doing the job instead of just enjoying the elevated status.

We appreciate your criticism and are in the process of training new mods, however there will be a while before you're potentially able to see a noticeable difference. The tired but true argument/excuse to this is simply that mods are players too and the ratio of mod to player is too slim. Please continue to post your suggestions for improvement or observations here or PM mod(s) as you see fit.

In the meantime thank you for using the /report system, hopefully you will see more positive results from your efforts in the future.

I know you're aware of this, however, to other players reading through this with the same issue- please utilize other commands when you're in a situation that a mod isn't available to help you such as: /ignore, /ban (this takes about 10 votes from unique IPs), changing rooms or going to a passworded room with friends by joining an unofficial room and saying /pw followed by your desired password, using a private /chat, and asking friends in your room to report the offender as well. Reports with multiple reporters get attention quicker than a report with 2 reporters.
