Yes you can.
Just choose the art you want then select the Z value.
The Z value is the number of the ground you want the art to spawn on.
Replace Ground just substitutes the ground the art comes with with the ground you are using in Map Editor (The ground in Map Editor will change into the ground the art uses).
Foreground makes the art foreground (check) or background (uncheck).

I can't upload my object. It says there's no ground at the Z index, but there clearly is. I wanted to upload a cloud :(

If you use Viprin's editor make sure you follow these instructions to link the joints to a ground or otherwise set the M1 and M2 attributes to the matching Z value manually.

You can link multiple layers to one ground. The linking sets the M1 and M2 values of the joints and the layers are just for editing. For more information on the editor refer to its thread.

That XML works fine, you just need to validate the map to see the art, as it doesn't shop up in the actual editor.

Hello, I'm having problems with uploading an object.
You see, I did choose the Z value of the object as shown here, and I also did that on the website when I was uploading it, but the problem is that every time I try to upload it, it says there's no ground at the Z index 3, what should I do?

You have to go to map editor and put the ground with the Z value of 3 before uploading it.
That ground would have to be on your cjobject for collision.
