That was why I knew you didn't know this, and if you were told 50 times that day, cool, I just wanted to re-clarify for other users who may be confused. I used your username since I'm not able to readily login to tfm currently (Vacation), if you post on a thread, I reply on threads. Thewav personally sent me that link, I'll reconfirm with him on your point of the link and how it's bugging. I also do have the rights to inform users about a *possible* upcoming update since this is obviously not an official update, otherwise it would be coming from a mod / sentinel.

I understand you may feel that I am being inconsiderate by sharing inside information from mods, but I feel this information will benefit the previously dying Deathmatch community.

I'm on vacation right now, so feel free to reply to me on this thread, since logging in isn't always possible. And as usual - I'll keep you guys posted on other upcoming updates possible to the Deathmatch Minimodule. :)

Whats the difference in Deathmatch Moderators compared to other Servers ?

So let’s make the situation clear because Bgreatstar and Kimsterjay did a great job to make it the opposite way. Here is some definition :

Lua Team/Module Team: This is the team Warfenixkill and I are part of, basically we are the people allowed to make public modules such as deathmatch, unotfm or batata... For more information : http://atelier801.com/topic?f=6&t=781139&p=1

Deathmatch moderators: Those people can ban/unrank people from playing deathmatch and nothing else, they are not affiliated to Atelier801. There is no deathmatch moderators currently and I never said that I was going to hire any deathmatch moderators.

Moderators (yellow names): They are affiliated to Atelier801, they are the one banning you if you don’t respect the rules described here : http://atelier801.com/topic?f=5&t=19473&p=1#m7, if you don’t respect the rules of deathmatch such as camping, farming they don’t care.

apply.staff801.com: This is the site where you apply to be a member of the Lua Team or Mod for Transformice

Owners of a module: The owner of a module is the only person who can update the lua code of the module he owns. More globally, he’s the one who decide what he wants to do with it such as adding new maps or enabling stats or hiring moderators for his module.

and yes, Deathmatch moderators and normal in game moderators are not the same thing. That's why you said you would let Warfen take over and hire new deathmatch moderators.

Basically 90% of what I said was right.

Thank you for fixing your grammar in the last sentence. I hope it's  understandable that we'd expect Transformice to only hire Lua Crew members (in your case - former Sentinel aswell)  who are fluent in English who are able to write in proper grammar, - Otherwise it creates confusion for everyone reading the Thread!

So let's skip all what Thewav said and focus on his grammar, you seem like someone who is only looking to cause arguments over pointless things.
And the module members as thewav said are different than #deathmatch moderators, In other words, he's not obliged to hire #deathmatch moderators he only stated what he can do, and obviously, the main thing right now is finding someone from the Module members to take over #deathmatch and develope it since thewav isn't active and wants the best for the module by giving it to another person he knows that he will care for it.

And finally, The apply.staff801.com is under maintenance as you can see they are fixing stuff in it and it may take a while.

I hope you reach consensus quickly. DM needs urgent help, help bring the game back to life as in FFA good times
