I don't think it's meant to be a rotweiller nor a doberman, merely meant to mimic the most common colours used for Halloween.

besides "updating thread right now", I got to play the first event map. Apparently there's a countdown every 5 seconds and you have to stand where the arrow points at until the countdown reaches 0. Then you get a random number of pieces of candy ^^
