The herp derp title really suprised me, especially that its all lowercase

er guys.. according to meli, event is 20 mins + a random number from 1 to 40 mins..
thats why some maps come alittle earlier than the spreadsheet...

Please renamed the game to "Tradeforelics" for this event.

Does each relic have a set location or you can get anything anywhere?

Actually no, they have timers and spreadsheets; however like I said above they're counter-intuitive with the "new" system put in place.

What's the "new" system?

It used to be automatically every 30 min or so, now it's 20 min plus an extra amount of time from 1 min to 40, if I remember correctly.

^ Well.. Could've been a coincidence.. Can someone confirm if it's random or not?

The past maps had similar places to fish from (ie: coconut hat on the palm tree) so I'm not surprised.
