Vevo only doesnt work still though cuz youtube doesnt allow it, but im on steam so im not sure if it also doesnt work on the website

Update on my previous post: most music company content videos seem not to load but only in standalones like the Steam or the official one, for browsers, it seems to be working fine! (personally I tried Chrome and Waterfox)

Steam doesn't allow copyrighted songs/videos.. I am pretty sure

The videos and music do work now (maybe not for some though)

Although, there are still a few glitches. So the video itself overlays the game screen, making it kind of annoying when getting around, since it's in the way. Also, the video is able to be moved around by clicking it, (that may not really be a glitch though.) Aaand there are ads now.

Hopefully it's all fixed at one point.

that's not a glitch, that is an intended feature.

music/videos no longer work for me in any browser i've tried. everything was working just fine ever since the fix, including just last night, but today now there's just a white screen. anyone else having issues now too or is it just on my end?

also for what it's worth, videos do work on steam though they're kinda laggy at times

edit: oh and stuff with a copyright claim doesn't work on steam either

Anyone had any problems with the standalone not loading any videos or music whatsoever??

I just tested and it still works for me in the browser!

So it seems that the bug is fixed for "some" and for some others including me the problem of the video not loading still persists

The problem?:

I see just a white screen and nothing seems to load.

What has been tried?:

I used almost every possible way to make it work
which include:
Updating flash play and adobe air
getting the latest tfm standalone
Using other standalones like baffler imouse6
Using differnet browsers like chrome ie etc.

I am not sure why the problem is still there for a handful amount of us but we require a solution soon,

Have you tried playing other videos? Maybe the videos you are playing don't follow the rules below vv

If it's in a music room then please check if you have these requirements:

• You must have at least 500 cheese gathered (as shown on your profile).
• The song you're trying to queue must have at least 1000 views.
• If the song has less than 1 million views, it must be at least 2 months old.
• If the song has more than 1 million views, it must be at least 2 days old.

If you're playing music/video in the tribe Make sure you have these requirements:

• You must have a rank that has the ability to play music in the tribe.

If none of this work. Then it's from the flash, because Youtube has already stopped supporting flash. Therefore you can't play the music you want.

When I try to load a youtube link all I get is a little bit of lagg and a confirmation in the chat box then nothing. I've tried many different videos and I am using the client.

edit; firefox works but still not on the client, any ideas??

The recent update is just a temporary substitute for anyone wondering, don't get yourself in a twist.
I'm just sad it doesn't work on bafflers standalone and I really don't want to switch to the official standalone.

Yeah, just seems weird that I can't get it to work on the client which is one of the ways to play I would have thought they'd get it to work on.

Indeed, I have already checked the requirements that had been mentioned there but the thing is, its just me who can't see the videos and stuff.

My tribe members were in the same room and I asked them if they could see if it was working and "YES" it was!

I went to different music rooms to check if it was working but of no avail...!

Well I would specially like all to take a "NOTE" again from the above that even if "Youtube has already stopped supporting flash" but the UPDATE was supposed to fix this and it apparently did for many of you guys but still for some it isn't working. And there is no question about requirements when everyone else can see it and I can't, like seriously there can't be different requirements for different people lol

What worked for me was downloading flash for the correct version of windows I have and Firefox, then downloading and playing it on Firefox. Although I saw you tried other browsers already.

Have you tried reinstalling flash?? Also are you on windows or Mac?? Could try updating/downdating(??) Windows to a lower or higher os. Sorry I'm not like a computer wizz or anything but just thought I'd try and help.
