Nobody can buy fraises right now, admins are looking into it.

Some people have different ways to give their passwords, with space to hide their passwords from the moderators.
That is why people get their accs banned for like permanetly or for a few hours.

That's why you should not give your account away or don't tell them to give their accounts.

Yeah. I tried buying fraises today, and

1. The page when it says Please Wait never loaded, had to refresh 3 times
2. Once I payed for the fraises the page uploaded to the 'Go back to transformice to confirm'. I was on Tfm and I waited. The page was still on the previous one.

Luckily the payment only goes through once you accept.

All you have to do is message them through here and they will respond.

If you need to, you can use the IRC, or you can speak to a mod in-game. Please note that Transformice staff gets a lot of messages, and doesn't normally reply to a lot of members. So, if they don't reply, please be patient.

For future reference, contact isn't checked by mods.

Hi my name on transformice is Rodasd and today i got banned for 360 hours for "hacking". So, 3 mice on the room I was were saying i was hacking (I got first 3 times in a row, don't know if that's the reason) but someone said "he is just lagging". With that said i understood that i was problably teleporting on the others view (due to lagging). Please unban me I play this game for 4 years and i did not hack. Hope someone can help. I was on brazilian server, if that helps.

From the Ban/Mute Appeals tab:
" You will need to contact a Moderator directly about this. You can either privately message one of us on these forums or talk to us via the Transformice IRC Channel (Instructions on how to do this are listed under the Moderator FAQ tab) please do not create a new thread or post on these forums about this. Moderators do not have the tools to check your ban history on the forums, not to mention ban and mute appeals are something that should only be discussed and resolved between staff and player.

The best thing you can do is try and gather as much details as you can about the event. Describing with as much detail as you can about your situation helps us a lot. While it's possible Moderators can be mistaken, we do not ban players unless we are absolutely sure that the player is breaking a rule. If you have screenshots or videos of the incident you may send them to us to bolster your appeal however they cannot be taken as definitive evidence since it is easy to photoshop or manipulate photos and videos.

Only the Moderator that gave the ban or mute to you originally can decide to reverse it. Some cases can be discussed with the rest of the team and we regularly get each other's opinion on situations, however the Mod who gave the mute is the one who had the visual evidence to make the decision so only they are able to reverse it. Asking each Mod individually for a different result won't work and just wastes everyone's time.
You are responsible for your account and its details. Your account cannot be hacked under any circumstances, if your account is compromised it is due to either your password being easily guessable, you giving it to someone who has used it to access your account themselves or spread it to other players, or you entering your details to an unsafe third-party website designed to steal your password. Telling us that your brother hacked or that someone else broke the rules on your account will very rarely result in an unban.
If you are still unsatisfied with the result you can further appeal it to the Admins. You can do this by filling out the form shown at the Contacts page. "

Since they only sent the first emails out like two weeks or so ago, I doubt it has to do with this particular go around of apps.

So, if we haven't received an email, does that mean we haven't been "rejected" yet?

Honestly, I'd prefer if I got an email stating that I got rejected than no reply at all. '-'

Going by the applications that were open at the beginning of the year, people are hired in multiple batches, so there'll likely be more emails sent out, and an announcement made when all are handled. They likely got thousands of applications, it simply wouldn't be practical for them to email everyone back saying they weren't accepted, but you should be able to ask any EN mod about why you didn't get it.
