Could be really useful, especially when you Blacklist someone, and someone unexpectedly recruits them again.

The reason im 2% of 100 is because of the jerks who have exclude power,

I think the only people who can use this power is Leaders, if they have the exclude power then they cant exclude permantly.

Sorry but I think it is a terrible idea. So many people abuse powers, you're just going to mess up your tribe by adding this. Example, my tribe used to fight all the time. I had lots of close friends that I trusted and gave full powers to because tribes get boring when leaders don't let you do anything. Anyways, lots of my friends hated each other and so they would quite often kick each other and I would have to recruite them back when I next logged in. If you add perma kick then I'm screwed, and I'm sure others will be too. It's going to cause people asking mods/admins to unkick etc. because another player decided to perma kick them. Plus lot of people have fights and think they will never be friends again, but they do. What if they fight, one kicks the other, then make up later?

edit- but I think they should bring back ./mt or at least be able to mute people in your tribe, so if someone is being annoying you can do something about it

Then can't there just be a seperate rank option

One that can choose if they can kick people permanently.
One if they can recruit and change the "blacklist" or whatever you want to call it.

Then have your friends get mad at you for not giving full powers? In my opinion, it will cause more fighting because some of my friends like to have full powers but if there's more added it will most likely be abused.

edit- Also, what makes it different then, if you just take kicking powers away from people? What if someone else wants to invite someone to the tribe and the chief had perma kicked them but they don't come on often enough to unkick? Then basically you need to either leave your old tribe and friends or ditch your friends who can't get back in.
