The guide is actually missing a tile, unless I'm hallucinating and C6 is there. I would expect there to be a couple others unrecorded as well.

you apparently get them by finishing other relics aswell, i'm not sure which ones though.

Where are the F's in the Map?

i got e1 and h7 at 3rd map, fishing location 1 (bottom right pond thing)
