I mean I used those big planks to learn how to use the blue nails until I actually knew how to build so I feel like if they just didn't let us use as many as we wanted maybe it'd be less of a cheat

/half support.

I think it should be limited, so only one big plank and a restorative can be summoned at a time.

it does take effort to get the skill way up that skill tree too.

also there are maps where other mode players who have upper hand over divine mode, like where they can solve the map with just 2 springs so i guess it balances it .i like it this way because, rather than the idea of divine being "difficult", being a "different way" of doing a map seems neat to me. even with big planks and restorative, so many shams still struggle. especially on water maps.

bruh its literally helpful

.....hence why it makes divine mode much easier, it basically ruins it. Might as well making it like normal mode with a much bigger range

Ash_willow_iz a dit :

it does take effort to get the skill way up that skill tree too.

Effort does not equate to skillful gameplay. It's not hard to unlock it, it's merely tedious - and it undermines the difficulty of divine mode drastically.

That's the thing, see - divine was intended to be difficult - the hardest mode for the most skillful shamans (see the release post about this). If you do not know the basics, you will struggle, and that's the whole point. And no, anvil longplank tape does not count as knowing the basics.

I don't see a point of removing the big plank. Skills were made to be a part of the shaman. I think none of skills should be removed for Divine Mode, it is and should always be a part of the game. Divine Mode was supposed to make people learn the purpose of the skills, and to find solutions for each map, which for example is the big plank.
