The word Ubermensch has nothing to do with nazism. It comes from a German philosopher and it means the perfect person or the embodiment of what humanity should strive to be (in English it translates to superman). Here is a quote from the philosopher specifically stating that his ideas have nothing to do with nazism and that he is aggrieved that the Nazis are using his work to promote their party:

I ask that you unban me now as this was obviously just a confusion.
