It may be that your IP address is matching a spambot’s IP.

Here are some tips for your issue:

• Turn off any running VPN
• Try an alternative browser (or Transformice standalone)
• Try resetting your router to generate a new IP address

If non of the above are working, then have a member of staff to look into this for you.

is there a right way to report vpn farmers? https://club-mice.com/ranking/daily/?order=id&p=1 is a way to spot some obvious ones. some of these guys are already high ranking so it seems like they've been getting away with it and i don't like it

It’s not allowed to create builds (or totems) to intentionally crash a room/disconnect players. Please report them in-game if it happens again.

i'm asking why a shaman skill item that only exists in the totem editor to crash everyone hasn't been nerfed, not if its against any rule because thats obvious. you never see anyone using items from the skill trees in their totem, nobody has chocoplank bridge, big planks, S planks in their totems so it wouldn't hurt anyone by removing them from totems

Only admins can permanently ban someone (and remove it?). Your friend can send a contact form about the ban but the account will most likely stay banned.

People actually use those in totems, but only 10%. There is harm of removing them.

I have been banned for spambotting for some reason, and i am unsure why since i dont spam things, if its possible, id like to know why the account was banned incase my account is insecure, ty

Even if you haven't spammed. Just sent an unknown link and/or advertised something. You've broke the rules. (I don't blame I just say)

If you haven't do anything of those, ask a mod or sentinel who is the mod that have banned you. And discuss with him about your ban..

Your account is not banned, but it looks like you’re trying to connect with a banned IP. Are you using a VPN? If so, turn it off and try again.

Your account is not banned, but it looks like you’re trying to connect with a banned IP. Are you using a VPN? If so, turn it off and try again.

Ah makes sense now, avast turned it on automatically, (i don't use it normally so thats why i was confused)
