if you're referring to mods, we usually disable chat when we're playing or doing reports, or simply the spam is too much.

You can use /ignore for players which are bothering you. If the main chat is bothering you, you can say /mt and switch to that channel, use /chat to have a group private conversation, or open a whisper tab with just a friend. You can switch rooms if players are frustrating you during gameplay. Please /report any players which are breaking the rules- mods can see when reports have been made and check them on their own time even if their whispers are off.

If you need help because you lost your email, lost your email and need a pass change, you can use www.transformice.com/contact, and explain your situation to the best of your ability. Only admins can deal with stuff like this, not mods.

If you're trying to appeal or have another reason which you need to directly talk to a mod, you can message us on these forums. You can do this by clicking your name in the top right corner, clicking inbox, click create new message, and putting one of your community's mods names in the to: box. Put your problem in the subject line, and explain in detail in the message part.

You can also use this thread for staff related questions which can be answered by players or staff.

i got banned for hacking while i was offline for 10 hours when the time was up i tried to login my account and it said i got banned again for 348 hours

The account you're using at the moment isn't currently or previously banned for anything, unless you used a different account you've either used a proxy/VPN or public network that someone else has been banned for. Try logging on normally without any of these and you should be fine.

But I imagine you have to get consent first before using it.

Well those bots are different, if it is not running a game or something and used for stat farming or padding, then those are bannable by all means.

Yes there bots in vanilla1 has farm present during falling map ._.; That not fair... =/

Those bots are not allowed. Please report them to any online mod if you see them.
