i got banned for hacking while i was offline for 10 hours when the time was up i tried to login my account and it said i got banned again for 348 hours

The account you're using at the moment isn't currently or previously banned for anything, unless you used a different account you've either used a proxy/VPN or public network that someone else has been banned for. Try logging on normally without any of these and you should be fine.

Actually, no; Scullas knows the moderator who banned them and has been talking in IRC about their ban.
Assumptions shouldn't be made unless you officially know, which.. only mods know.
