um, you should probably add that the [IMG] needs to be non- caps lock, like [img]

What do you mean?
If you mean where to submit pictures, do it whenever you feel like it is appropriate and not spam like.

I uh

You do the same thing on a mac as you would a pc; go to imgur or some other image hosting site, click upload, select the file from your computer that you want to upload, and hit Open... Is there an issue or have you tried yet?
