You can't physically delete a map code, but you can delete its contents. If you want to get rid of your disliked maps, insert the code in the editor and remove everything, then save the map as an empty one.

If it's not in rotation (map is P22 or P0) then you can just get the mapcode, go to map editor and load the mapcode, then manually remove everything to make it a blank map and export it like that to effectively delete the map. That is as close to deleting a map you can get.
