It depends on the satellite server you're on. Some are more overloaded than others.

They should be, but after the Carnaval snub I'm not 100%. It'd be best to wait a couple days and see if someone unlocks them.

Buying badges won't be a thing most likely. Their introduction was to make up for the loss of free clothing items.

You can't. That's Makinit's #sketch module that was loaded into rooms for April Fools.
You can't play it in your tribe house yet since it's been loaded as an event, however when you can, you can type /module #sketch

I would recommend posting this in bugs, because outside of the cake badge and the fur badges, it should be impossible for him to get these.

Its a hack/glitch they do. Dont bother on trying it you will get a ban.
