Try reading the first post of this thread for strategies in fixing your problem. If you still can't buy fraises after trying those things, post in that thread reporting your problem.

Why if i take away video rights in the tribe to stop everyone interrupting each other's videos and arguing, can they still play videos? I took every right away and they are still playing videos and bitching at each other. Either make a playlist for tribehouse videos or fix this. thanks

It's most likely a bug with tribe rights.

If you try logging onto different accounts (and guests?) on the same computer/wireless network(?), and you are getting the same ban message, then that's an indication that you are IP banned, I believe.

Change the password on your account if you have an email connected to your account. Click on the house/menu button and "Change your password" in-game. Or "Forgot Password" under the "Submit" button on the Log-in screen if you cannot log on. If you can't do either, contact an admin through http://www.transformice.com/contact/ and select 'Password lost', or contact an available admin through IRC. Make sure to give enough proof (old passwords, when if you ever bought fraises, old screenshots, etc) that it's your account you are dealing with.

If you are able to log in, and haven't linked an email to your account, I suggest doing so under the "Change your password" button in-game. If the other user on your account already linked an email address, then you can ask for an email change the same way you do for a password change.

Can we start being realistic and actually list most of these mods as inactive?

Without an explanation that they're busy with other things, what their intentions may be or that they might be on an alt that we do not know about.

They are still inactive, you're listing them as active and it's misrepresentation.

I'm afraid to speak to the same mod about my mute situation, I feel like they will ban me because of what I say about my mute. I got muted recently, I'm not going to say any further since, I'm not suppose to... But, is there a way that I can express what I think about the situation to the same mod who muted me?

I get quite shy, and embarrassed when speaking to mods, because I think they might think of me as some idiotic player. :(

Mods will be polite to you if you simply ask or talk to them about it. Being respectful is a great way to do it! Simply ask a mod and they can redirect you to the correct mod to discuss the matter with.
