I usually see it right after 'door' maps so don't leave a room immediately after playing them.

besides "updating thread right now", I got to play the first event map. Apparently there's a countdown every 5 seconds and you have to stand where the arrow points at until the countdown reaches 0. Then you get a random number of pieces of candy ^^

well, random amounts of candy, nothing happens, or death by bubbles, strong spirit, or bombs :D

The skeleton and vampire inventory items (relics?) turn you into a skeleton or vampire respectively. Each use lasts 30 minutes. I got this info from Tinittee who I think may have won the jackpot? which is how you win them (or someone gave it to them, I can't remember what they said).

I just want to wholeheartedly thank whoever (Meli or Mahara) for drawing the Halloween maps, they look absolutely fascinating and fantastic.

I just noticed this little trick which may help...Not sure if that's how Tig's system works, but it seems like the place with the most mice is more likely to be "trolled", so try staying where there are less mice

Hey i was in the slot machine map and Buffy the vampire slayer was there. This surely has something to do with the title, but what do i do? Are we supposed to tell her something? I said "buffy" "vampire slayer" but didnt get anything.

The 3 blue runes in slot machine 1 gives blue fireworks I believe. And you already know what the stars do for each (badges).
