If you need help with changing your profile picture, first read this thread as Haru suggested. If you can't figure it out based on that information, then post in that thread to have someone assist you. Spamming the forums will not get your profile picture changed.

So the rules about spamming is funny languages and being muted in En has to be considered outdated?

Assuming you're talking about in game rules and mutes:

EN1 is considered to be the international community. This means that speaking languages other than English is to be tolerated. An exception can be made when the following conditions apply:

The language spoken has its own community.

This community and the specific game mode is sufficiently populated.

The language is dominating the room chat.

In this case players may be asked to visit their own community / speak English (and they may get a mute if they refuse / don't respond within a reasonable amount of time).

But I've reported Brazilians and Turks before and was told it was an international community. Mods should really all be on the same page for this.

Honestly, that's what happens to me everytime. "Let them be" it's the most common response i get when there is people tottally distrupting che chat talking in foreign languages.
And i'm talking about people that took over the chat making for other players impossible to say anything. And i'm asking this because it happened that a moderators were in the room and they did nothing.

For clarification, all three conditions should apply. Brazilians and Turks are fine to talk in EN as long as it's not to the point that it completely discourages others from speaking up.

Having said that, it's not our foremost priority. Players can easily /ignore them, whereas other issues cannot be worked around as easily by players.

I've just gotten a new laptop, and for some reason Transformice won't run on it without a specific plug-in. The problem is, it won't tell me what plug-in I need. I've already tried Flash and Java. Is there something else I'm missing?

Adobe AIR is required for the official standalone. Beep

What about for just playing on a browser? Will it work for that as well?

Flash is all that's required for browser play.
