That item was obtainable from codes given out at the Japan Expo in France. I cannot remember which year(s) though.

The headband is from 2012, if memory serves me right. The fan is 2013, and they skipped 2014 due to money.

you have minimalist mode activated. you can turn it off by going to 'options' [second to last button in the row of buttons beneath the emotions] and unchecking 'activate minimalist mode'.

Uncheck "enable automatic optimisations" and "minimalist mode"
