You can change your totem and Shaman color by clicking the Feather that is near the emotes/ above the list of the players in the room. If it does not the Feather then try to relog.
You can change your totem by clicking 'Edit your totem', and you can change the color by clicking on the color code that you can see and then change the color, and if you're done click Submit.

Yeah, after unlocking the "Shaman" title you have to relog for the UI to update.

Like here in England we got work experience when we 15,16 I think and we do it for a week so I want to try be a mod for work experience for a week

I doubt that will happen since as you've been told before, mods must be eighteen or older.

I'll go ahead and say no to this for the simple reason that we train people for months before they become public mods, so being a mod for a week isn't very reasonable.
Modding isn't something that'd very work-experiencey, you may be able to use a mod background in certain applications related to games though.
