I think the guest could chat for once and a while. I called them QUICK CHATS :P Ex (It might help :D):

I think they should only be able to talk like, 3 times each round, if not, could cause lots of spam.

500 Too much. Beside guest usually spam so just those. Or whatever Tig/Meli decides.
