This is way too complicated to be funny to use while making maps, it takes so much time to understand and after that you get confused because you cannot understand what you already did. Bring back rypes plz |

Tig didn't like IF/IR so that is unlikely getting back. Rype glitch was a glitch/bug... so he actually fixed it by removing it. This new feature can compensate for it, except when you want to connect objects instead of grounds. |

Impuredeath a dit : Excuse me, I was not aware whatever Tig does not like should be edited. We as the community liked Rypes Glitch and used it very well, the same goes for IF/IR, he should think about the rest of us who have spent ages (Temple, CTG, Viprin amongst others) on maps that heavily depend on Rypes Glitch. He should be thinking about what the community likes and dislikes not what he likes and dislikes. ;; |

Rype's glitch can be replicated using this new technology so it really isn't even an issue. I've already fixed all of my mech maps with it day 1. Not only can it replicate Rype's glitch, but it's better overall. It allows easier connection, safer connection (fail sync won't break joints), and much more versatility. Also, Rype's glitch was NOT pure light and goodness. Rype's glitch depended on breaking another part of map editor, which was connecting rotated grounds the RIGHT way. |

i Agree to those two posts.: Elvismousee a dit : Gephyd a dit : it is true, a lot of maps depend on rypes glitch, now most/some of the maps we enjoy are ruined, and probably wont stay P*. Elvismousee a dit : yes, that is true too, its the people that play tfm not him, so it wont really affect him. Impuredeath a dit : the people use it in a good way, and it's mostly going to be the most expierienced map makers who will use the replacements. so its actually a huge loss for the community, map makers or map players ;-; Fxie a dit : really? how? now im starting to rethink this.... BUT: Martinbless a dit : yes, it is complicated, i didnt understand anything. ;; |

Fxie a dit : I agree, plus, most mechanisms will be much more organized now. There are also the advantages of creating complicated connections we couldn't do before. I just hope there's a way to fix @2435302 ;; |

Fxie a dit : Hi, fortunately for you, you are one of the very few that understand scripting to a good standard, most others either have no idea what scripting is or dislike it very much. This new "technology" is heavily based on scripting and lots of young kids play this game who are surprisingly good at maps; and understand map editor well, until now, this new thing has confused the living daylights out of alot of the community, unlike Rypes glitch who mostly depended on "In- mapeditor" editing and not exterior scripting. I would also like to point out that hundreds of higher perms that were worked on for ages and ages have been depermed, and all that work has gone to waste for the people who do not understand this new technology. It may be an amazing update but sadly, like most things on transformice, they are not explained whatsoeever, we have to find it out ourselves. And you may find this a surprise but not all of us are highly knowledgeable with computer technology and scripting, simple is better for alot of us. I understand Rypes Glitch had its faults, but not everything is perfect, and it was okay for the amount of work needed to fulfil this glitch. So to sum it up, some of the community might love this update as they understand it, but the more simpler minds are going to have hours of map editing time wasted as they do not know how to work this stupid thng and lots of their perms are gone. |

It was hard enough for people to understand rype's glitch but now these beginner map maker's grounds don't fall apart anymore, thats a good thing right? there was something else I wanted to say but I forgot .. so if anyone wants to finish my statement |

Elvismousee a dit : When the rype's glitch was discovered few were able to understand it, it's just temporary while mice understand how it works. I don't see why the creators can't update their maps, it's not really complicated once you understand it and get the idea. If the creators don't play anymore I'm sure the Map crew will do something to fix those maps. I think this is better than the rype's glitch, it might be more complicated than before but you will be able to make more organized mechanisms without that horrible lag some maps had. |
