As a community manager your neuroticism is way, way too high. So, you way too easy to rattle, anger, etc which definetly fits of what I thought of you before :P.
I'd say that your agreeableness is also too high. You are probably unable to really take charge of a group when you can't force others to do things they might not really like => You might shy away from tough decisions

Eh, my test results would hardly be surprising: Really low level openness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism with a mid-level conscientiousness. This would be because I am a self-righteous, private bastard most of the time :)
