No, you have to use 5 skill points on each row to unlock the next row.

I also don't see the point in cleats if you can wj perfectly fine.

No to Luxurs, you need to use ten anywhere in that tree to get the third row

Mine is same.

Anonumous good picture, my few thoughts:
-Big cheese is actually kind of useful, it increases the collison radius of the cheese, preventing the b anchor and can't get cheese mistake, among other things.
-Give cheese is situationally useful, if you can get to the cheese fast enough you can feed it to the afkers with an apple.
