Actually it could be possible that their sibling was banned and the user is just now logging, or they're on a proxy. You can't be so quick to assume they're lying.

Well If an account was hacking it will lead To a 360 hours of mute but always it will give his Ip a 24 hours ban so when he Logs in another account it will ban him for 24 hours for Alt hacking
