I think it's not as frequent, just like Irishcow said.
The server is a goof up whenever it is, but it happens less possibly due to Tiguronette's updates. (I think I'm wrong....)

The administration team is (presumably) asleep right now and there is nothing that can be done right now.
Usually the community platform would fix itself after 7 minutes (according to a post Meli made a while back), but clearly this hasn't happened and thus implies that an administrator needs to take care of the issue. But it's past midnight in France so I assume they're all asleep. Come back tomorrow!

also I feel like it's been a while since the community platform went down this badly so I guess there's been some improvement, haha

Excuse me i have to agree with Pawgold.
The thing is the game is going to suffer a BIG loss of players for problems like this.
I can uderstand that this game isnt the entire life of the staff but i think more than emotes and simple glitch fixes
the player(Especialy the long term ones) whould apreaciate it if this was the fisrt thing delt with.
I am a tribe leader and know for a fact that at least 50% of all players think they were kicked and start to do some of the following things Spam,quit tribe even after the fixed platfor is up and running,Quit the game all together,think that there tribes kicked them and get mad at its members.

Theres alot of things that this glitch cause and im sorry if i am not supposed to be typing in this thread.
But Sydoline and Tigrounette and all the other staff in charge of situations like this need to concentrate on the problem.
I know that no one whould like to lose members of any game/orginization/community.
So please who ever monitors there thread ask them to fix the issue of maybe having a person monitoring these kind of issues at night,or figuring out what the problem is in the new platform that want there in the old one once and for all.

As for pawgold.
I saw Pawgold in our room trying to prevnt irrationally panic sticken tribe leaders from spreading panic and worry i think all of pawgold ideas are good so far and that it whould be wise to fix the this platfom first and do other update later like the one were we can no longer fly using projections and just glide.
I know i ask alot but i think every player whould appreciate it thank you.

this won't work because all the administrators have to go work at the office which is in france, i.e. all administrators are in one time zone and thus the 8 hours where they are asleep can't be covered.

I'd have to also agree to my best companion. But just to correct you a bit, the Projection skill still works. You can still fly with this skill, but sometimes it doesn't work a whole lot anymore. But back to the main topic, Mokutobunsh is practicly 70% right on my side, the Administrators need to focus more on the Community Platform before doing updates, as the saying goes "More importance overlaps less important". ^-^

The admins have been concentrating on these problems for a considerable amount of time and there has been a significant improvement in quality of this update since it was first released.
There are rarely any problems with the Community Platform anymore apart from the odd time. Don't think that the admins haven't tried to fix these problems because they have and they did succeed.
The only ever problem now is the occasional failure of the Community Platform but that evidently doesn't happen as often as it use to.

I know that there office in france i travel often.
I am also aware that Transformice is a non-profit oginization and that the only money this game brings is fraisis and advertisement (im pretty sure abut that one) but is there anyway with all the different communities that they can get a secondary office on the other side of the world ergo theyll be able to fix and monitor issues like this 24 hours a day on what ever day it may happen (not sure if they work weekdays or not) i hope this idea isnt to far out thank you

it's the main source of income for everyone working at Atelier801. Most notably Tig and Meli, who both quit their original jobs to run this company into the ground

I agree with the sentiments of this post. Ofc we can wait for the restart in a few hours. But fix this bug for good please.

Give the admins time to deal with it.. If it has to be done manually at times, then so be it. It's not like your life depends on whether the community platform is broken or not.
If it was so easy to fix every single bug, then there probably wouldn't be any in the first place.

That is totally up to you to decide. If you were running a company, would you just hire people in other countries and actually pay them ? It'd be rather difficult to hire staff in other countries just like that.

But hey, have some patience. Community platform should work again after some time, as well will the problems be fixed someday. Rushing it won't help, and your complaining about it won't help them out either.
