I don't quite understand how those stars can be distracting. They only show up when someone unlocks a title, or when you open your profile. 99% of the time you don't see them, they aren't even shown above your mouse avatar.

I don't understand how stars can be destracting either, but I would support this anyway for the people who seem to need it.
But y'know how some people are. They could want many stuff. So I'd help them get their wish.

Supporting a thread doesn't mean it's going to get implemented though... So what's the point in supporting if you don't think it's a good suggestion.
