What's wrong with it? If you mean the background is covering the mice objects, simply remove one of the D tags in the XML (highlighted in red):

That's wrong.
For example:
We have this image http://www.transformice.com/share/avatars/avatar-zou-optim.png

If you want to put in with D=""
You must do D="../share/avatars/avatar-zou-optim.png"
It's a HTML propertie I think.

This doesnt work if you use day light background or any other backgrounds on map editor, the image just disappears, now i found a way to fix that, the image is displaying with the background but when adding coordinates it disappears
