The fun is in the first part of the election when players can vote for their candidate, the second part was for the elected mayors, that had to choose a president.
Right now if a player from a big server runs in elections in a small server he can ask his whole tribe to vote him and win without problems. This is penalizing for the smaller serveR with a small playerbase that can be easily outnumbered.
